We want you to love practicing Korean with Chingu. If it's not working out, here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work.
You can cancel your Chingu Pro subscription at any time using the management link in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund of your first subscription payment when requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. No questions asked (though feedback helps us improve).
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, since you can cancel before any renewal. However, if a renewal was charged in error, or you experienced a significant service outage during the billing period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right — typically with a refund or credit.
Email gudxock@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, including your Paddle order number (found in your receipt email). Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence (including the EU 14-day withdrawal right, where applicable).
